US Orders

Please note, we are packing items in the expected 2-3 day window, but transit times are estimates and out of our control once the carrier has picked up orders.   • 2-3 Business Days + Processing Time (usually 2 days). All orders placed with USPS priority will incur a flat rate applied at checkout. This is not a guaranteed service so shipping timeframe is estimated. 
  • *Free Shipping on items stated as “Free Shipping” does not include the purchase of furniture or large items. These will be calculated shipping costs from a third party. In the event Free Shipping is selected on furniture or large items, we will contact the purchaser, as our terms indicate free shipping is not applicable to some items. In this case, the purchaser will need to provide payment in order to cover the cost of the parcel. 
  • For Guaranteed Services (overnight shipping), orders must be received by 12pm pacific standard time in order to ship the same day. If received later, they will ship the next business day. Please reach out prior to ordering if you have a special request for shipping. 
  • Each order receives a tracking number automatically as soon as the label is printed. You will be notified by email as to the status of your order. When choosing USPS, parcel updates are regulated by their system. Updates and transit times are out of our immediate control. All packages are insured through USPS in the event a parcel is lost.

International Orders 

  • 2-5 Day Shipping (DHL or UPS): $20-75 USD average on clothing parcels, also dependent upon destination country. Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. If, under any circumstances, the weight and dimensions of parcel do not match Shopify’s postage label, the customer will incur the additional postage charges.
  • Each order receives a tracking number automatically as soon as the label is printed. You will be notified via email about the status of your order.


Please Note:

It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. World of Monokrome is not responsible for undelivered packages from misinformation of delivery address filled out by the clients upon checkout.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.

Additionally, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages. 

  • Most items we carry in our shop are ready to ship.
  • Your purchase will be shipped following payment receipt and verification.
  • Back-order items or Pre-sale items will ship at expected date specified. 
  • Made to Order + Preorder Items: Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery on “made to order” items.
  • Purchases and items falling under the “made to order” category are custom made just for you, so order fulfillment takes a bit longer to allow us time to add the finishing touches to your purchase. 


International Shipping: Although we do accommodate international orders, some products may only be available for shipping in the United States. For all other items, International shipping rates do apply.

Shipping Gift Orders: Good news! All of our packaging comes wrapped in tissue. Gift boxes are available for purchase and completed with a customized card. Please utilize the "notes" section for card information. If you have a specific request for a gift order placed, please leave it in the “notes” section prior to placing your order. If we are sending it directly to the gift recipient, please make sure to provide the gift recipients address as the address of destination. If you forgot to leave a specific request in the “notes” section, please send an email immediately to and refer to your purchase invoice number in the email subject line.
