- Our exchange policy is limited to 14 days within receipt of purchase online. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, the exchange will not be honored.
- To be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must be NEW, UNUSED, UNWORN, WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. Items with product packaging must be returned in "new" condition or exchange will not be granted. Gifts must be accompanied by original receipt or gift receipt.
- All “Clearance” + “Marked Down” + "FINAL SALE" items are FINAL SALE and not applicable for return and/or exchange.
- We are not responsible for incorrect sizing after an order has been processed.
Submitting a Return/Exchange:
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the above criteria. Please email Hello@WorldofMonokrome.com with the subject "EXCHANGE ITEM". In your email, please include your purchase invoice number and a description of why the product is being exchanged. Once we have received your return/exchange email communication we will review your request and contact you within 24-48 hours.
- After first contacting us and receiving support for your exchange, please send your return to: WORLD OF MONOKROME, 6000 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon California 94583.
- Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs will be deducted from store credit value. Store credit never expires.
- We issue store credit only. We do not issue refunds.
